Omar Nasser Eddin '07 took home the top prize at the annual Sheldon Seevak Real Estate Business Plan Competition Reception Dinner on April 27th

Professor Chris Mayer presented an overview of real estate valuations to the Real Estate Roundtable in Washington, DC on April 26th.The Real Estate Roundtable is an organization that "brings together leaders of the nation's top public and privately-held real estate ownership, development, lending and management firms with the leaders of major national real estate trade associations to jointly addresskey national policy issues relating to real estate and the overall economy."

On Saturday, March 3, twenty-five Real Estate students participating in the Chazen Real Estate International Study Tour to Brazil and Argentina touched down in São Paulo, a sprawling megalopolis with a population nearly twice that of New York City (and traffic to match). Accompanied by Faculty Advisor Professor Chris Mayer and Director of Administration Cheryl Carruthers, the group spent five days experiencing Brazil and Argentina, South America’s largest countries and two places in which real estate is currently one of the hottest industries.
